I agree with youlki22′s comment about ‘making it special’. We pack all our gifts in tissue and send sweeties with them to make their online purchase a pleasurable one.
In these tough times, online retailers need to think outside the ‘gift-box’ and offer ‘added value’ (whether it’s free shipping/postage, free giftwrap or promotional discounts)
